Before you book
Bring swimwear, a towel, biodegradable sunscreen, sunglasses or a hat, shoes that can get wet, ID or a digital copy, and cash for extras. Tell the team about allergies, reduced mobility, pregnancy or back conditions before booking. Boat travel can be bumpy and special diets are not guaranteed.
Pickup and service details are coordinated with the team. A payment receipt and an operational service confirmation are separate.
Cancellation conditions
The conditions for your selected date and option apply before payment. Request changes as early as possible. If the operator cancels because of safety, weather, sea conditions or a port closure, an alternative date or refund is coordinated according to the booking conditions.
